The Whole Beast provides the centerpiece to any occasion – an entire animal raised and prepared in a holistic manner, paying special attention to animal husbandry. No waste is produced – we use and cook the whole beast. From pig, lamb and cow, to fish and fowl, we will personally choose and cook the whole animal as part of your event.
We provide several cooking options, including open flame, Hawaiian imu pit and oven roasting. Chef John Fink will help you choose your heritage breed animal and the local farm where it is raised from Fink’s Preferred Farmer List. Your whole beast is sure to delight your guests with its humanely raised life history and its rich and unique flavors.
